High-functioning isn’t the same as okay.

A mind-body approach for:

  • high-achievers who are exhausted by their own resilience.

  • the ones who function well and feel it least.

  • people who are ready to stop performing okay and start actually feeling it.

  • those who've done the insight work, and know something deeper still needs to shift.

You’re good at what you do. You can hold things together. From the outside, you look like someone who has it handled.

But inside, there's something that won't settle. A tension that doesn't lift after the weekend. An exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. A flatness that's hard to explain to people who think you're doing fine.

You've tried to understand it. Maybe you've done therapy, read the books, worked on your mindset. And some of it helped, for a while. But the relief hasn't lasted, because the problem isn't always what you think. It's not just in your head. It's also in your body, and your body has probably been running on high alert for a very long time.

This work is for people who are done managing themselves and ready to actually come home to themselves.

If you’re looking to work with me, you may be…

  • Someone who has found, or is finding, success in your chosen field, perhaps in spite of the baggage that you’re carrying

  • Experiencing physical symptoms such as chronic pain, teeth grinding, chronic muscle tension, headaches, bloating and gastrointestinal issues, and/or fatigue,

  • Finding that certain aspects of your life are suffering – perhaps, in particular, your relationships,

  • Realising that no matter how well you perform, there’s still a voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough,

  • More or less constantly feeling some level of stressed, on edge, or wound up, which tends to manifest as either: irritation, frustration, anger, and/or rage - or: agitation, nervousness, anxiety, and/or panic (or both!),

  • Experiencing periods of numbness, collapse, and shutdown, usually experienced as complete burnout, or deep depression.

HCPC-Registered Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience

Choosing an online psychotherapist is an important decision. You deserve to know that the person you’re working with is properly trained, appropriately regulated, and experienced in supporting mental health safely and ethically.

I’m an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society - the core professional registrations for psychologists in the UK. I’m also an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. These registrations reflect ongoing commitments to professional standards, supervision, and ethical practice.

Alongside formal accreditation, I bring over a decade of experience working privately with individuals and organisations. Much of my work has been with people who are highly capable, driven, and outwardly successful, yet struggling internally with pressure, exhaustion, anxiety, or disconnection from themselves.

If you’re seeking online psychotherapy that is thoughtful, well-grounded, and able to work with complexity (rather than quick fixes) you’re very welcome here.
